Visitor Satisfaction
The latest RVM Quarterly Focus examines the topic of visitor satisfaction. In general, significant proportions of visitors express high levels of satisfaction. In terms of overall satisfaction, 39% of visitors gave a rating of 9 or 10 out of 10 in the most recent year. Two key elements of a trip – accommodation and local transport – fare better still with 45% and 47% of respondents respectively rating these aspects of their trip at 9 or 10 out of 10. It is important to note that while there has been an increase in the proportion of visitors very satisfied with campervan parking facilities, there is still a relatively small proportion that are very satisfied with these facilities.
