Regional Field Managers

Our Field Managers are responsible for the smooth operation of the Visitor Insights Programme (VIP) ‘in the field’. Our Field Managers are part-time and are assisted by a team of Recruiters who help to recruit respondents for the VIP. Some of our regional field-teams have also been called upon for other research projects where a presence is required across the country.

Our Field Managers are:


Lisa Yu

Auckland Field Manager

Lisa joined Angus & Associates' Wellington team in May 2009 and has worked on a variety of projects including the VIP,  RVM, ASQ, DOC and Matariki. She gained experience and grew up a lot through work. She moved to Auckland and worked as Auckland Acting Field Manager in June 2011 until she became Auckland Field Manager in early 2012. She really enjoys meeting new people and her job.
 


Elsa Bradbury

Rotorua Field Manager

Elsa became Rotorua Field Manager in July 2011, having previously worked as a casual recruiter for Angus & Associates. Elsa has a comprehensive background working in Conventions and Events, including Business Development, Management, Sales and Marketing, and other hospitality roles, as well as being part of a pre-opening team to open a brand new Hotel. She originally trained as a London & City Guilds chef, which led to many restaurant roles, working as a Chef, as well as Managing Front of House. Elsa really enjoys a challenge and loves working with people from all walks of life.


Roshni Patel

Wellington Field Manager

Roshni began as our Wellington Field Manager in January 2012 after previously working in retail. She is in her fourth year at Victoria University where she is studying towards a a Bachelor of Tourism Management and a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law). Roshni enjoys meeting people from all over the country and the world and is passionate about the travel and tourism industry and aims to get into this field upon graduation. She is also interested in travel and aviation.


Carole Moore

Christchurch Field Manager

Carole joined Angus & Associates in June 2009. Carole was first recruiter until she became Christchurch Field Manager in January 2010. Carole lives in the centre of Christchurch, with lots of places to visit and see. She really enjoys meeting new people wherever she goes.


Margaret McDonald

Queenstown Field Manager

Margaret joined our Queenstown team in November 2010. Margaret’s previous work experience includes high school teaching in the Southland/Otago region and more recently experience in business management at Clark Fortune McDonald & Associates. Margaret likes a challenge and enjoys mixing and talking to people.


Hil Stapper

Wanaka Field Manager

Hil became Wanaka Field Manager in February 2012. Hil is a “born and bred” hospitality girl with more than 20 years experience in sales & marketing, project management, training, coaching & consulting in the hospitality industry. She is passionate about people and loves organising and promoting community events. Cycling and cross-country skiing as well as sharing good food and conversations with friends are other favourites of hers.
